Innihald:
Kryddblanda:
1 teskeið hvítlauksduft
1 teskeið paprikuduft
½ teskeið cayenne pipar
1 matskeið hveiti
½ teskeið salt og svartur pipar
Kjúklingur:
4 kjúklingalundir (eða bringur skornar í tvennt)
8 beikon sneiðar
2 matskeiðar púðursykur
1 teskeið olífuolía
Leiðbeiningar:
1. Blandaðu hráefnum fyrir kryddblönduna saman í skál.
2. Veltu kjúklingnum upp úr kryddblöndunni.
3. Vefðu beikoni utan um kjúklinginn.
4. Veltu upp úr púðursykri.
5. Penslaðu með olífuolíu.
6. Settu í ofn á 200C í 25 mínútur.
7. Penslaðu með vökvanum sem lekur af, gerir kjúklinginn extra djúsí!

Here's the recipe!!INGREDIENTSSeasoning:1 tsp EACH garlic powder and paprika½ tsp cayenne pepper (or sub with more paprika)1 tbsp flour½ tsp salt + black pepperChicken:4 large chicken thigh fillets (about 5oz / 150g each), cut in half 8 pieces bacon, streaky2 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp olive oil (optional)DIRECTIONS1. Mix Seasoning ingredients in a bowl.2. Coat chicken in Seasoning, shake off excess.3. Wrap chicken in bacon.4. Coat in brown sugar.5. Drizzle with olive oil if using (makes it extra juicy).6. Bake at 200C/390F fan forced / convection for 25 minutes. Broil for few minutes if required to get bacon golden brown.7. Brush with juices on tray. Serve and enjoy!
